Shayne complements Corinne’s culinary prowess with his 20 years in hospitality and management. Corinne’s passion for cooking ignited at a tender age of nine, when she first stepped into her godparents' bistro in Paddington, NSW. The vibrant atmosphere, the tantalising aromas, and the joy of cooking alongside her mentors sparked a lifelong love affair with food. From washing vegetables to carefully plating dishes, those formative years laid the foundation for a remarkable culinary career.
